Blurry vision, dizziness, confusion during pregnancy?*I posted earlier but cannot edit so I'm asking again to add more details*
I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been getting weird symptoms lately.Blurry vision, confusion, dizziness, and exhaustion.Sometimes with shortness of breath even though I'm not doing anything...Usually standing or laying down.
Now here is the hard part: I have been suspecting preeclampsia lately and have had trace protein in my urine since my first trimester, but no high blood pressure. You need both to have p/e.But the reason my bp is fine is because I am on a diuretic for vertigo. When I walk 20 ft my bp goes to 142/80, but sitting for long periods of time it stays around 120/56...Or even 99/50.
Could the diuretic be covering up the high blood pressure symptom of preeclampsia?Or could it be helping by keeping my blood pressure low?
I went to the hospital on tues and they said all off my blood tests were normal and my bp was fine and sent me home. But I still get the symptoms above, for hours at a time, almost daily now.I'm so confused.Thoughts on what might be going on?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have a very low blood pressure and some protein in my urine (they suggest a UTI sitting dormant just waiting to attack me) and I have dizziness, shortness of breath, confusion (but that could just be baby brain), exhaustion and I see stars.
The shortness of breath you are feeling could be attribute to either your baby hasn't dropped yet and is still sitting high or baby is moving around or the fact that your heart is working harder to move all the extra blood around your body.
Diuretics can cause low blood pressure as well but your Doctor should know this and should be watching out for any other symptoms of pre-eclampsia that you may get.

You should call your Doctor and make them listen to your concerns and fears regarding this so they can test further or make you feel better. In my opinion though most of your symptoms can be explained by low blood pressure, maybe dehydration caused by excess peeing from the diuretic and pregnancy itself. If it is the low blood pressure I suggest getting DVT socks, they are really ugly but help with the dizziness as does keeping your legs elevated and trying not to do too much on your feet during the day.
Good luck I hope it's not pre-eclampsia for you and it's just something simple
